• Engage with business users, clients, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Drive requirement workshops, meetings, interviews, and business process reviews.
• Analyze existing workflows and propose process improvements, optimization opportunities, and automation strategies.
• Support solution design by working closely with technical, product, and development teams.
• Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses for new initiatives.
• Support project planning, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities. 
• Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user manuals, and test cases.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Provide ongoing analytical support for enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution.

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a structured business or technology environment.

Mandatory

• Valid Qatar ID / Resident Permit.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written). 
• Experience working with Middle East (GCC) clients, preferably Qatar.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 
• Proven experience conducting requirement sessions and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to develop clear documentation, business cases, and analytical reports.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital transformation, technology projects, or enterprise systems is preferred.
