Project Planning & Delivery

• Define and manage the migration roadmap, timelines, and milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring SLA compliance, quality, and governance.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessments for migration phases.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead team onboarding and ensure smooth transition of knowledge from vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive vendor handover strategy for architecture and development ownership.

Technical Oversight

• Ensure alignment with solution architecture and technical standards.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor integration, data migration, and performance testing activities.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Conduct status meetings and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and enterprise standards.

• Experience in migration projects – ideally SAP Hybris to Optimizely
• Strong B2B domain knowledge – pricing, catalogs, workflows, customer hierarchies.
• Hands-on technical understanding – .NET Core, APIs, CMS/Commerce Cloud concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile project management – sprint planning, backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
• Strong governance and SLA management experience.
   

• Direct experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud and Spire framework.
• Experience with JS framework (React/Angular/VueJS)  and CMS proficiency
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to data migration strategies and performance optimization.
• Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
