Jithin Chakkalakkal, Senior Manager, HR, Reflections, was awarded Outstanding HR Manager of the Year 2024-2025 in Kerala by National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Kerala Chapter. The recognition, awarded yearly to one HR professional in the state, was handed over during the Annual Day Celebrations and Award Nite 2025 of NIPM Kerala Chapter, held in Kochi on June 21, 2025. 

The award is instituted for HR professionals with credible experience working for a company based out of Kerala. The selection process comprised detailed nomination based on various qualifying criteria, case submission, and panel interview and assessment areas included contributions during the past 5 to 10 years of service to business, NIPM, professional industry forums, and academia. Jithin attributed the opportunities and freedom of execution offered at Reflections as having a strong role in achieving the award, which were highlighted at the award event too.
