Jithin Chakkalakkal, Manager-HR, Reflections, was selected as a trainer by the Employment Directorate of Kerala for the capacity building program for employment officers and junior employment officers across the state.

In the program organized by the Employment Directorate, at the Center for Water Education, Thiruvananthapuram, Jithin covered areas, including full cycle recruiting, talent retention and impact of AI, insider insights from recruiters, evolving skills, job prospects and trends, resume and cover letter, ideation exercise to transition Employability Centers (ECs) and Model Career Centers (MCCs) to be attractive talent hubs in the workshop titled “Reimagining Talent Hub: A New Paradigm for ECs and MCCs.”

The program inaugurated by V Sivankutty, Minister for General Education and Labor, Government of Kerala, was intended to enhance the ability of employment officers to provide advanced career guidance services to the public.
