Parvathy Sasidhar, Architect, Test Automation, and Roshni Suresh, Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition, Reflections, completed the Accelerated Leadership Program from March to September 2025, organized by Women Inclusive in Technology (WIIT) and Trinity Skill Works Private Limited. They received the certificates of achievement at the convocation ceremony held at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, on September 12.

Parvathy was part of Team Water, CC Hub Phase 3, the winner of the social impact project, and was awarded “Catalyx 2025” for being the change maker in the team. Roshni was part of Team Earth, Connecting4 growth, the first runner-up of the social impact project, was awarded “Accelix 2025,” in recognition of her expanded perspectives, engagement, and leveraging the transformational Accelerated Leadership Program 2025. Accelerated Leadership Program is an initiative to prepare women professionals for leadership readiness, providing visibility, mentorship, and networks, and building an ecosystem of allies and industry partners who champion inclusive leadership.
