Reflections’ team, comprising Jithin Chakkalakkal, Arjun C Mohan, Amrutha U, Lakshmi Raveendran, Mevin Austin, Muhammad Muneer, Sneha Mary Paulose, and Anshu Kumar from HR and Roshni Suresh and Mohammed Rasikh from Talent Acquisition attended Elevate’24, the one-day HR Conclave for People Leaders organized by HR Evolve, on the theme 'Shaping the Future: Leading with Agility, Innovation, and Purpose, held at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, on November 21, 2024. Jithin was part of the core leadership team and convenor for the event and Anshu was part of the volunteer team.
In this first flagship HR conclave in Technopark that showcased the power of HR to drive innovation, creativity, and purpose, speakers shared transformative insights on the future of HR. A panel discussion on Navigating Disruptions: Merging Technology with Human Ingenuity and a networking game were also part of the fully digitally enabled event that was attended by more than 200 participants.
