Jithin Chakkalakkal Recognized for Excellence in AI-Driven HR Transformation
Jithin Chakkalakkal was conferred the Indywood HR Excellence Awards 2026 – Kerala Chapter in the category ‘Excellence in AI-Driven HR Transformation’ on May 31 in Punalur, Kerala, in recognition of his leadership in driving AI adoption within HR at Reflections and its contribution to business outcomes.
The award recognizes several AI-powered HR initiatives at Reflections, including Amber, an AI-driven employee sentiment analysis and engagement measurement platform; Kudos Cards, an AI-assisted, employee-built recognition platform with embedded AI capabilities that democratizes recognition; AI-enabled learning path design; and Ask HR, an AI-powered assistant integrated with Microsoft Teams to provide instant responses to HR-related queries, which is currently under development.
As part of the event, Jithin also represented the IT industry in a panel discussion on “Empowering the Workforce: Skill Recognition, Certification & Career Mobility.” During the discussion, he highlighted how talent velocity; the ability to rapidly identify, develop, and deploy skills, is becoming a key driver of workforce transformation, with AI, skills-based career mobility, and new-collar talent models enabling organizations to build more agile and future-ready workforces.
