• 10+ years of Hands-on SAP BW experience in design, development, and implementation experience.
• Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP BW HANA(Cloud) project development implementation experience including LSA++ Architecture.
• Minimum of 2+ years in deploying SAP BW NATIVE HANA and 1+ years of ABAP / SQL development. Proficient with SAP BW on HANA system architecture design and performance optimization.
   

Working hours - 8 hours , with a few hours of overlap during EST Time zone. This overlap hours is mandatory as meetings happen during this overlap hours. Working hours will be 12 PM - 9 PM

• Lead and execute a complex data migration project from SAP BW to Snowflake
• Evaluate the current SAP BW HANA system capabilities to identify changes and determine the impact to business.
• Develop technical specifications/detailed design for BW HANA Technical Development of Data Modeling, HANA Calculation Views in Control Reports.
• Develop backend Bex Queries, Composite Providers in SAP BW HANA
• Design & develop frontend visualization tools and dashboards using Business Objects WEBI, SAP Lumira/SAP Analytics on Cloud
• Develop SAP HANA data model using ADSO, Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View
• Develop and enhance BW objects such as InfoObjects, InfoCubes, Insources/Data Sources, Master Data, Transformations, Update Rules, DSO, Extractors, Infosets, Aggregates, Process Chains, DTPs, User Exits, BADI and HANA objects like Schemas, Calculated, Analytical or Scripted Views using HANA Modeller.
• Lead the solution design, development, and implementation of SAP BW HANA & Cloud solutions.
• Lead SAP HANA data modelling efforts and provide hands-on technical expertise on overall architecture, technical design, configuration, development and implementation of the SAP BI/BW and NATIVE HANA solutions.
• Responsible for performance tuning of BW systems utilizing best practices.
• Provide guidance on BW HANA security setup and enforces data governance standards and processes.
• Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for SAP BW Reporting production and development issues.
• Determine the BW architectural standards and right data ingestion approach from disparate source applications using different real time and batch enabling technologies into Native HANA.
• Mentor a team of junior HANA BW resources in the team, participate in sharing expertise on HANA, and be willing to drive HANA growth initiatives internally within Tate & Lyle IS/IT function.

• Deep understanding of SAP HANA Data Modeling techniques and HANA Studio using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation Views. Modeling experience along with HANA related development languages (SQL Script, HTML5, Javascript, Java).
• Experience in Visualization & Reporting tools such as BO Webi, Analysis for Office, SAP Lumira/SAP Analytics.
• Experience in design and development of MultiProviders, InfoCubes, InfoSources, Transfer Structures, DataStore Objects (DSO), Transformations and Data Transfer Process (DTPs), InfoPackages, Transfer Rules and Update Rules.
• General understanding and technical expertise of enterprise-class ETL/BI tools (Oracle BIEE, IBM Cognos, SAS, Informatica, Tableau).
• Exposure to BODS / ETL / SQL Script Tool HANA.
• Understanding of BW HANA Security Model.
• Experience in SAP BPC/BPS project implementations is preferred. Knowledge of BPC Excel, and BPC Web UI is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-cultural, global organization; fluent in English with other spoken languages a plus.
• Strong functional knowledge of ECC Extraction in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, SD/MM/PP -Logistics.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Tableau integrated with Snowflake.

• Understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps principles in BI projects.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments.
