Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Act as the primary HR advisor to the Business Unit, translating business strategy into people and organizational priorities while balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term growth.
Talent & Organizational Development : Lead and own HRBP-driven programs including performance management, succession planning, and compensation cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent strategy.
Employee Relations & Complex Case Management: Independently manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters, applying sound judgment, policy interpretation, and escalation where appropriate.
People Analytics & Workforce Insights: Analyze workforce and HR metrics to diagnose organizational issues, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights that inform leadership decisions and people priorities.
Employee Experience & Engagement: Own and drive the employee experience across the lifecycle, leveraging people connects and feedback mechanisms to proactively translate insights into meaningful action.
Policy Governance & HR Transformation: Draft, review, and implement HR policies,including location-specific policies, while driving process orientation and alignment across managers and teams.
Culture & Values Champion: Embed organizational values and culture into everyday people practices, operating with autonomy and adaptability in support of business growth and change.
Mentoring & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor junior HR team members, contributing to overall team capability and effectiveness
