Jithin Chakkalakkal, Senior Manager, HR, Reflections, served as the panel member of the Best Manager competition at La Tarang 6.0, the Annual Management Fest hosted by Loyola College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Thiruvananthapuram, recently. In the fest that witnessed the participation of 286 students from 36 colleges across South India in 8 competing events, Jithin co-designed the Best Manager contest that assessed the all-round potential of the contestants in five rounds, including mental agility, reasoning, general awareness, observation, memory, decoding, analytical and ethical decision-making, creativity, composure, judgment, and communication. Jithin is also the member of the Board of Studies at Loyola College.
