Reflections is listed among Top 100 India’s Best Workplaces™ in IT & IT-BPM 2025 by Great Place To Work® (GPTW) India. This recognition, based on the cumulative score of the Trust Index and Culture Audit after the robust validation of the gathered data through GPTW’s assessment process, reflects the trust, spirit, and everyday efforts of our people and the culture we nurture together. This year, 551 organizations in the IT & IT-BPM sector undertook this assessment.

Trust Index™ Survey, GPTW’s globally validated survey instrument with 75% weightage, records quality of employee experience through anonymous employee feedback. Culture Audit™, GPTW’s proprietary tool with 25% weightage, evaluates the strength of the leadership as supported by meaningful values & philosophy and the quality of the practices & programs that shape employee experience. 

We have been Great Place To Work (GPTW) certified for November 2024- November 2025, for the second consecutive year, ranked #39 among the top 50 mid-sized organizations in India by GPTW, and placed among The Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Millennials 2025 (mid-size category) and Top 50 India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025 (mid-size category).
