• The Director – Data Services will be a senior leader responsible for driving data architecture excellence, delivery leadership, and customer success across Reflections' Data Services portfolio.

• This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, delivery leadership, consulting capability, and business acumen. The successful candidate will be a hands-on enterprise data architect capable of designing modern data platforms while also leading large-scale delivery programs, building high-performing teams, supporting customer engagements, and ensuring successful outcomes across all Data Services initiatives.

• The individual will play a critical role in helping customers build modern, scalable data ecosystems while strengthening Reflections’ reputation as a trusted partner for data modernization and analytics transformation.

Data Architecture Leadership

• Define and drive the overall data architecture strategy, standards, frameworks, and best practices across customer engagements.
• Design modern data platforms including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, real-time data platforms, and cloud-native analytics ecosystems.
• Establish reference architectures, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and implementation methodologies.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance across strategic customer programs.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with business goals, scalability requirements, security standards, and operational objectives.
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance for complex architecture and technology decisions.

Data Services Delivery Leadership

• Own successful delivery of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Platform Modernization, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and related services engagements.
• Establish delivery governance models, quality standards, risk management frameworks, and operational best practices.
• Drive predictable delivery outcomes, customer satisfaction, and long-term account success.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Review project health, delivery performance, resource utilization, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to delivery commitments, timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives.

Customer Engagement and Consulting

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business stakeholders.
• Lead architecture assessments, discovery workshops, and transformation roadmap engagements.
• Provide strategic consulting on data modernization, cloud migration, analytics, governance, and enterprise data strategy.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and support account growth initiatives.
• Participate in executive reviews and strategic customer discussions.

Pre-Sales and Solutioning

• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations
• Lead solution architecture discussions during business development cycles.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop differentiated solutions.
• Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and executive briefings.
• Provide effort estimates, delivery approaches, and solution recommendations for prospective engagements.

Talent Leadership

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data architects, data engineers, analytics specialists, and technical leaders.
• Establish competency frameworks, learning paths, and technical career progression models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with significant experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics, and delivery leadership.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise data transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading customer-facing consulting and delivery engagements.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and modern cloud-based data ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in leading delivery organizations and managing large, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
